The following provides dates, agendas and minutes for our various board and committee meetings.
Public Comment
Integral Care is committed to ensuring that members of the public in attendance at any meeting of the Board of Trustees (Board) or any of its committees have an opportunity to address the Board in-person during those meeting times. There will be an opportunity for in-person public comment at the start of each meeting.
In Person
Members of the public who wish to provide comments to the Board in person at a meeting must sign up to speak prior to the time at which the Board takes up the agenda item for public comments. A sign-in sheet will be available in the meeting room. To sign up for Public Comment, please submit your name, meeting that you would like to speak at and whether the comment is general or specific to an agenda item to board@integralcare.org.
Written Public Comment
Individuals who are unable to attend a Board or Board committee meeting in person may submit written comments by filling out the form below and submitting it as instructed on the form at least 24 hours before the meeting’s scheduled start time. All comments submitted on time will be shared with the Board (or relevant Board committee members) before the meeting.
