If you have questions about a service that you have been authorized to provide or if you would like more information about requirements for different services, see our Provider Services Directory to learn more.
Incident Reports are an essential part of the daily operations at Integral Care. All network providers are required to submit incident reports about events or actions that occur that could adversely impact the agency, you, a client, contractor, external provider or visitor. This manual contains information about how to use the incident reporting system for all incident reports.
