Received annual renewal funds to support Fresh Start – a scattered site, low barrier permanent supportive housing program that serves chronically homeless adults living with severe persistent mental illness and/or SUDs. Fresh Start seeks to reduce chronic homelessness, incarceration and prevent further institutionalization of this population. Funding is for one year.
