Austin Public Health (APH) requested proposals from qualified nonprofit organizations or government entities for the provision of Housing Stabilization programs, including Permanent Supportive Housing, Rapid Rehousing, Landlord Outreach and Incentives, Housing Navigation, and Move-In Assistance for individuals and households experiencing homelessness. Integral Care was awarded $562,180 for Tenant Stability, $726,350 for Permanent Supportive Housing at Terrace at Oak Springs and $100,000 for Community First Village SOAR specialists to provide clients who may be eligible and wish to apply for Supplemental Security Income/Social Security Disability Income, Medicaid, Patient Assistance Program, Affordable Care Act plans, and other healthcare benefits. The contracts started October 1, 2022.
