Join us for a virtual update on Integral Care’s upcoming FY23 Budget and FY23-25 Strategic Plan. David Weden, Integral Care’s Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Financial Officer, will provide an outline of our current budget as well as discuss plans for our Fiscal Year 2023 Budget and agency priorities for the coming three years. Audience members can submit questions in advance. At the end of the presentation, audience members will also have an opportunity to ask questions.

David Weden, CPA, brings a wealth of experience including work with managed care organizations, creation of the Linda J. Werlein Crisis Stabilization Unit and development of a significant number of 1115 Medicaid Transformation Waiver projects across four regional healthcare partnerships. He began his career with Texas Lutheran University, including serving as controller for the university with responsibility for all financial reporting, business office functions and coordination of the external audit. For the last 16 years, Weden has served in multiple roles, including Chief Accountant and Chief Operating Officer with Hill County Mental Health and Developmental Disability Centers and Treasurer of the National Association for Rural Mental Health. He received his Master of Accountancy degree from Texas State University and his Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Texas Lutheran University.
