Funding will be used to support two full-time Benefits Enrollment Specialists. These specialists will be integrated into our substance use disorder and child outpatient behavioral health clinics to provide dedicated support for clients in enrolling in and accessing eligible benefits. The primary focus of new Benefits Enrollment Specialists’ service delivery will be on supporting clients through the application/enrollment process for Medicaid, Medicare, SSI (Supplemental Security Income), Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), and/or SSDI (Social Security Disability Income). Funding is for two years.
