Mental Health Toolkit
Taking care of your mental health should be a priority every day – whether you’re experiencing good times or facing challenges. Integral Care and NAMI Central Texas have teamed up to create a toolkit designed to help support your mental health year-round. Access to mental health support is essential for everyone’s overall well-being. This toolkit includes valuable resources such as Mental Health First Aid, Conversation Cards for discussing mental health with youth, the NAMI Basics course for parents and caregivers, tips for family support, the “Meet Little Monster” coloring book in both English and Spanish, a guide for supporting your teen, and much more.
