These funds provide Permanent Supportive Housing to 30 adults with serious mental illness, residing at Community First! Village. This program utilizes a Housing First, single site model approach, to support resident’s housing stability and recovery. The onsite supportive services team will provide wrap-around services including case management, living skills training, peer support, living skills groups, behavioral health symptom management, and supported housing skills training.
