This investment will provide stable housing and essential services to individuals experiencing homelessness, empowering them to rebuild their lives. Seabrook Square II will offer 60 fully furnished, single-occupancy apartments, and Seabrook Studios will provide permanent supportive housing with 24/7 onsite staffing, a food pantry, laundry facilities, outdoor space, a community room, computers, and security measures.
