Program Spotlight: Housing and Homeless Services
Integral Care has provided housing and homeless services for over 20 years. We’re currently growing our team and have over 30 open positions including:
- Outreach and Engagement Specialists
- Rehabilitation Specialists
- Employment Specialists
- Peer Support Specialists
We help people experiencing homelessness obtain housing, supporting their health and well-being along the way. Once they’re housed, our team provides ongoing mental health support, substance use treatment, employment services, wellness services and more.
Check out our Terrace at Oak Springs team in action. One man shows us how having a home has not only improved his health and well-being – it’s changed his life. Terrace at Oak Springs is a 50-unit apartment community with onsite support services for people who formerly experienced homelessness.
