Forensic ACT is for adults living with mental illness who have been hospitalized and incarcerated multiple times. Clients receive treatment, rehabilitation, and support services from a dedicated care team. Eligibility requires a 46B or 46C commitment (incompetent to stand trial and/or not guilty by reason of insanity). Services include access to medication and nursing services, rehabilitation, and ongoing support services.
