Integral Care takes pride in helping our community. Please ask questions or give concerns about our services or staff to Rights Protection Officer at feedback@integralcare.org or 512-440-4086.
We want to hear from you.
If you contact Integral Care with a complaint, the Rights Protection Officer will respond. However, it can be 1 to 2 business days before you hear from us. Complaints are often easily resolved. More serious complaints go through an investigation.

If you have non-urgent questions or concerns, please use the form below. We will respond to your request promptly during regular business hours – Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm. If you need immediate emotional support, call 512-472-HELP (4357). Please note: This is not a crisis tool and is only checked during regular business hours Monday through Friday.
