Where is Integral Care’s Stonegate Clinic located?

Integral Care is opening a health clinic at 2501 W. William Cannon Drive Building 4 at the Stonegate Office Park. Integral Care owns the building.

What services are provided at this location?

Primary health care, mental health care, medication services, counseling programs, case management, wellness programs, drug and alcohol treatment, and referrals to community resources. 15 healthcare providers will deliver care at this location.

When will the clinic open?

Integral Care’s Stonegate Clinic is expected to open in December 2020. If COVID-19 rates continue to be high across the community, face-to-face services at this location will be limited or delayed.

What hours will the location be open?

Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm.

This location will serve adults and children who live in Travis County.

How many people will be served annually?

This location has the capacity to serve about 2,200 people per year. Due to the coronavirus, Integral Care is currently providing a hybrid model of care, which includes limited face-to-face appointments as well as telehealth and telephone services. When operating at full capacity, about 100 people are expected to visit the clinic each day.

Most people who come to Integral Care’s Stonegate Clinic for healthcare services will have an appointment. Limited services are available on a walk-in basis.

How can people who need help get to this location?

Integral Care’s Stonegate Clinic is located in Building 4 of the Stonegate One Office Park. Our clinic is in the building between the Stonegate Surgery Center building and the ARA Diagnostic Imaging building. There is abundant parking for individuals who have their own cars. Additionally, there are bus stops (routes 3, 7, 10, 171, 201, 315, 318, 333, 801) located within a block of the building. Please note: there are separate entrances for adults and children.

What are the fees for Integral Care services?

We offer a sliding fee scale, and accept Medicaid, Medicare and private insurance. We provide help even if you are unable to pay. Integral Care also has payment plans.
