Integral Care is grateful to announce a $75,000 grant from Baylor Scott & White Health in support of expanding Austin’s Street Medicine Program through Integral Care’s Clinic on Wheels initiative. This funding will help increase access to mobile health and behavioral health services for people experiencing homelessness in Travis County by bringing care directly into the community and reducing barriers to support. Through this partnership, Integral Care and Baylor Scott & White Health are strengthening collaborative outreach efforts and expanding access to care for individuals who may otherwise go without essential services. Integral Care is honored to partner with organizations committed to improving health and well-being across Central Texas.
