Integral Care is honored to receive a transformative $200,000 grant from Moody Foundation in support of the Clinic on Wheels Initiative in Austin, Texas. This significant investment will expand Integral Care’s ability to deliver high-quality, community-based health services directly to individuals who face barriers to traditional care, including those experiencing homelessness, mental health challenges, and limited access to transportation. By bringing integrated care into neighborhoods and meeting people where they are, the Clinic on Wheels Initiative advances a more equitable, responsive system of care—ensuring that critical health services are accessible, timely, and rooted in dignity.
