Terrace at Oak Springs is located at 3000 Oak Springs Drive, Austin. The apartment is a four-story, 40,000 square-foot community with 50 fully-furnished single occupancy efficiency units offering permanent supportive housing to individuals experiencing homelessness in Travis County.

 

A home means recovery from homelessness, mental illness and substance use disorder. When people have a safe place to live, appropriate support services and the tools they need to achieve well-being, recovery begins and they can reach their full potential and contribute to their community.

 

We know that housing is more than four walls. It’s the basic foundation for mental health and well-being.

 

Terrace at Oak Springs features the following amenities:

  • 50 fully-furnished efficiency units for single individuals with kitchenette, bedroom and living area
  • Onsite Healthcare Clinic offering integrated primary health care and mental health care for adults, including support for substance use disorder.
  • On-site laundry facility
  • Outdoor green space
  • On-site staffing 24 hours a day
  • On-site security cameras

Our clinics provide mental health care and primary health care for adults who live with mental illness, an intellectual and/or developmental disability, and/or use drugs or alcohol. Mental healthcare services include one-on-one and group emotional support, exercise and nutrition programs, medication and case management. Primary healthcare services include physical exams, sick visits and treatment for long-term health problems like heart disease and diabetes.

 

We provide help even if you’re unable to pay. Integral Care takes many forms of payment. We offer a sliding fee scale, accept Medicaid, Medicare and private insurance. Integral Care also has payment plans.
