Request for Proposals for Banking, Treasury, and Cash Management Services

Integral Care is currently soliciting proposals from FDIC-insured financial institutions to provide comprehensive banking, depository, treasury, and cash management services, including ACH/wire processing, positive pay, fraud prevention, and incident response, Workday-compatible reporting and integrations (BAI2/ISO 20022), virtual card program support, grant/restricted-fund segmentation (virtual or sub-accounts), lockbox/RDC, and short-term liquidity options. One (1) award anticipated; term three (3) years with up to two (2) additional years. Responses due May 7, 2026, 5:00 pm CDT. Optional pre-bid conference window: April 2—9, 2026. Question deadline: April 16, 2026, 5:00 pm CDT. Q&A/Addenda posted April 23, 2026. Submittal via email with one searchable PDF plus the Excel pricing addendum (Attachment D). Request for Proposals for Food Pantry Operations Support and Onsite Event Services

Integral Care is currently soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to provide Food Pantry Operations Support and Onsite Event Services for designated Integral Care locations. Services include grocery retrieval, inventory management, delivery, unpackaging, shelving, and staffing of live pantry events. Additional responsibilities include participant intake, assisting with participant shopping, real‑time shelf monitoring, restocking, maintaining food safety standards, and managing onsite event flow.

The resulting contract is expected to begin on or about September 1, 2026, with an initial one‑year term and up to three (3) optional one‑year renewals at the sole discretion of Integral Care. Vendors must demonstrate operational capacity, staffing capability, food safety compliance, and experience providing similar services. One contract award is anticipated.

Proposals must be submitted electronically in a single PDF file by April 16, 2026 at 5:00 PM CDT. All questions must be submitted in writing by March 31, 2026 at 5:00 PM CDT. Request for Proposals for Conference Venue, Catering, and Event Support

Integral Care is soliciting proposals from qualified venues to host its Annual Employee Training Conference, a two-day professional development event scheduled for February 10-11, 2027, in Austin, TX. The conference will serve approximately 500-600 staff, with up to 600 attendees per day, and requires a fully ADA-compliant facility capable of supporting plenary sessions, multiple concurrent breakout rooms, exhibitor space, onsite catering, audiovisual services, and event-day operational support. The selected vendor will provide comprehensive event services, including:

  • Event planning coordination and onsite staffing
  • A large plenary space and a minimum of five breakout rooms
  • Indoor restrooms and adequate circulation space
  • Dedicated exhibitor area for at least ten vendors
  • Complimentary or fully validated parking for all attendees
  • Catering services for lunch, beverages, and snacks, with accommodations for dietary needs
  • Audiovisual equipment, technical support, and all required furniture and setup
  • Participation in pre-event walkthroughs, menu tastings, and post-event debriefs

Proposals must include tiered pricing options (premium, standard, and cost-conscious), an itemized rate sheet, and all required documentation as outlined in the RFP.
